Terms & Conditions
Reservations are secured with credit card details at the time of booking. No deposit is required when you book direct on our website. Full payment at the property. Please note our 14 day cancellation policy below.
1) Check in is from 3pm to 6pm
2) Check out is from 8am to 11am
3) We do not accept stag hen or similar parties. We cater for couples, families, small groups and individuals.
4) We are a non-smoking building. Smoking in the bedroom is strictly prohibited and a €100.00 fine is charged automatically to those who do smoke, including out the window.
5) If you wish to arrive before 15.00, we will do our best to arrange a check-in or hold your luggage until your accommodation is ready. If you expect to arrive after 18.00 you will have to contact us directly to make alternative arrangements and these must be made before 3pm on day of arrival.
6) We are a small family business and cancellations affect the running of our business greatly. Therefore we have a 14-day cancellation policy on regular bookings.
If you cancel less than 14 days before your due date of arrival or fail to arrive at the B&B (‘no show’), we will charge your credit/debit card with 100% of the value of your booking. We recommend guests ensure they have valid travel insurance in place in case of the need to cancel their booking.
7)We reserve the right to pre-authorise your credit/debit card.
8) Any modifications or cancellations to a booking must be completed via email email@example.com
9) Free car parking is provided, Harbour View does not take responsibility for the property of our customers, customers park at their own risk.

Card details entered on our website are stored securely by Stripe and processed as necessary in relation to your reservation.
By entering your card details you agree to have your card debited by the required amount in relation to your reservation.
Personal Details & Card Details are stored securely with Stripe.
Incomplete transactions will require us to send you an invoice to update your payment details.
Bookings are not guaranteed without entering valid card details.
You will receive an email receipt for any payments processed.
